Vendetta is a fully on-chain multiplayer role-playing strategy game built on Sui blockchain and Walrus storage.
Players start with a headquarter, the central hub of their operations, and expand their influence through bribing dirty cops, running underground operations, and expanding control over territories.
Unlike traditional online games reliant on central servers, Vendetta is fully decentralized living on the Sui blockchain. The game logic exists entirely on-chain, allowing the community to build additional clients and expand gameplay beyond its initial version.

Vendetta OG DVDs
Every player mints a DVD NFT that stores their entire game state on-chain. This isn’t just a collectible but a permanent record of your criminal empire.
You can pass your DVD to someone else, trade it, or keep it as a permanent record of your criminal empire. Each DVD tracks your profile age, showing how long your empire has existed on the blockchain.
Premium DVDs offer additional perks like exclusive in-game labels, merchandise, priority for airdrops, and rewards for future content like comics. But free DVDs provide the full gameplay experience where nobody needs to spend money to play Vendetta.
V Token
V is Vendetta’s utility token with a fixed supply of 10 million where the economy is highly deflationary by design.
V serves two main purposes. First, the marketplace allows purchasing perks like blackmail protection, production boosts, and other strategic advantages. Second, feeding your troops with V (instead of just cash) generates XP that can be swapped for SUI from the community reward pool.
The Lore of Black Haven
Vendetta includes a rich narrative universe told through comics released regularly. The five families controlling Black Haven each have their own stories, conflicts, and ambitions where these narratives directly impact gameplay.
The lore isn’t separate from gameplay but integrated throughout. Characters from the comics appear as NPCs while events in the story create in-game challenges. We’re building an IP that spans multiple mediums, with the game as the interactive center where players participate in Black Haven’s ongoing criminal saga.
Current Status and Growth
Vendetta launched in late 2024 and continues growing with regular feature releases based on community feedback and our roadmap. The player community includes both crypto natives and traditional gamers discovering blockchain for the first time.
Top players have captured hundreds of turfs, demonstrating the depth possible for dedicated strategists. But casual players enjoy the idle mechanics, logging in for a few minutes daily to manage their empires.
